Fraud with returns

Question

Return via Hermes, item bought via eBay, after 3 weeks I got the package

back from Hermes, "parcel could not be delivered". When I opened it, I found that

the contents had been swapped, from ON RUNNING running shoes to Levi's jeans. Complaint

to Hermes was unsuccessful. What else can be done? M.B.

I could revise the return and you'll get a refund in the next few days.

You sent the package to the right address and did everything right.

Whether you contact Hermes again is up to you.

I’m afraid eBay can’t do anything about that, it has to be sorted out with the parcel service.

If you give us the item number, we can have an eBay employee take a look at it.

What I’d be interested in: what does the buyer say about it?
