Fraud by the buyer
Hello community,
I’m a seller. Sold an item; the buyer supposedly paid through EBAY. I was able to print a shipping label through EBAY, and the shipping costs were also deducted from the balance. The item has been shipped. Any correspondence with the buyer is no longer available. Everything deleted, not by me. As if the item had never existed on EBAY. Has anyone experienced this before? What can I do? Thanks in advance

I can’t confirm any recent sale in your eBay account, and there’s also no sign of a shipping label purchase.
Do you maybe have a second eBay account that you accidentally listed the item on? Otherwise, it would be very helpful if you could send us an item or order number.

why "supposedly" paid via eBay - if the payment was completed, shouldn’t that have been shown to you on the sold item?
