Good day dear community,
I ordered two games a few days ago. The condition was listed as "very good" but the CD had a lot of scratches, which was also not communicated anywhere in the listing. I then left neutral feedback, since the other game is in really top condition and I didn't want to leave negative feedback. This feedback is now no longer visible on the seller's page, and you can't see it in my profile either. In the feedback, I address everything that went well and what didn't, all according to the guidelines.
Maybe someone here can explain to me why I can no longer see the feedback? Can a seller just delete it like that? Or does eBay need longer for some feedback before it gets published?

Mentor3 weeks agoHi, @abc905e were these individual purchases from one seller, or were both games offered together?
In the former case, you could have left two reviews. Unfortunately, we don’t know the exact wording, and a corresponding item number would also be helpful.
