Ratings are being displayed incorrectly

Hello,

For quite some time now, I’ve wanted to sell something on eBay. I have 194 positive reviews and zero negative reviews. Unfortunately, my current listing shows that I have 0% positive reviews and that my previous reviews are not visible. What can I do so that the reviews are displayed correctly?

Hi @iosonis

since you were inactive for a longer time, your activity as a seller/buyer is at 0% and not 100%, that's correct.

Your ratings as a seller are also visible, the slider on sort by "Newest" the last one comes from the bottle for the SodaStream.

You can't send the coin collection with a regular DHL parcel; DHL's liability limit is 500 euros and coins also fall under valuables class II.

Ok, I didn't know that after some time you get set to "0 %".

Still, it seems that only some ratings are displayed. I'll try to clarify that, though.

Yes, I won't be sending the coins by regular postal parcel. I'll use the insured valuables parcel service then (I think that goes up to 2500,- euros). I'll just cover the difference in cost myself. When I created the listing on eBay, I only found the standard insured parcels.
