I am getting blocked from receiving funds to my account and have to update my card info for selling costs. However, when I do that, it pops up with the following error, Please make sure that the billing address you entered matches the address on the card." I have already verified that my billing address matches on multiple cards and none of them are allowing me to input. I'm on ebay.de and am American in Germany but using US bank cards to try and pay, so I'm thinking that may be the issue but I'm unsure how to fix this.

Did you first register the eBay account on ebay.de, or via .com and also already register for payments on .com?
if it's the latter, you can't register on .de with this account at the same time; you'd have to create a new account on .de
in any case, I'd advise you to end all listings first and only start listing items again once the problem with fees / payouts has been fixed

OP3 weeks agoI have only used ebay.de, I havent had this issue before until this week, have had a couple items sold since February this year

Thanks for your post. The cause could be your foreign bank account. Please check with your bank whether payments and debits from foreign bank accounts can be processed.
Please pay attention to the following points when entering your bank details:
The account holder entered for the bank account on eBay must also be the holder of the bank account. For example, if you have a joint account, enter one of the two account holders on eBay. Please compare this information with your bank documents.
Enter the IBAN without spaces.
If the BIC is also required, please make sure the letters and numbers are spelled exactly right (for example 0 and O, 1 and l, 5 and S). BIC characters are always written in uppercase.

OP3 weeks agoThe error I’m getting isn’t for the payment but for seller cost. Its saying I cant be paid until I pay the sale cost but I can’t upload a card for the seller cost and it doesnt accept my current IBAN on my account

An ebay employee can take a look at this and will get back here.
