I'm a private seller and suddenly I have to pay selling fees
Hello,
I wanted to post an item today and suddenly it showed me a listing fee of 0.42 euros. I then tried to list something else in a different category, but it was the same there too. What could be causing that?
The only thing I can think of is that with my last sale I sent the buyer a refund because the item arrived damaged.

Remote diagnosis is difficult in your case. Fees apply for additional services. If you selected something like that, you would have noticed it. It has nothing to do with the refund.
