Hello dear community!
On 25/09/2026, I received a price offer for the game FC27 for Xbox. I wanted to buy it. There was a problem with the purchase option (it shows in the picture "payment through the eBay app is not possible"). After that, I chatted with the seller (also through eBay chat) and we agreed that payment would be made by instant bank transfer. I made the transfer (real-time bank transfer). Up to today, I have not received the game (download code). I also have not gotten my money back. The seller is no longer responding.
He is still selling 2 x Fifa 27 for PS and 1 x Fifa 27 for Xbox.

OP2 weeks agoToday I contacted eBay again. They say that yesterday I bought the game again, but I didn't buy it. Yesterday's item number is the same as the item number from 25.09.2026. How can that happen?

Have you already reported the seller to eBay because of his behavior?
However, both of you did not act in accordance with eBay rules. He sent you his account details, and you paid outside of eBay via instant bank transfer.
So the item is now listed on eBay as unpaid. How is eBay supposed to determine now that you have paid?
