The “Buy Now” button, “Add to cart,” and “Check price suggestion” do not work
Hello everyone, for a few days now I haven't been able to buy any more articles, the buttons mentioned above no longer work, the article selection menus no longer open either, only articles that are already in the shopping cart can still be bought, I can't buy anything else, I'm using an iPad Air 2 with iOS 15.8.8, Safari and Firefox are up to the latest possible version, history has been freshly deleted, several restarts were unsuccessful, maybe someone can help, thank you very much.

OP2 months agoHi Peter, thank you very much for the quick reply, unfortunately with my iOS version 15.8.8 I can no longer get Google Chrome loaded onto my iPad, Firefox still works, but it has the same problem, my first suspicion was that my account had been restricted, but that is contradicted by the fact that I can buy things I already have in my shopping cart, and there is also no reason to restrict my account, I have no open disputes, 100% positive feedback and have been active on eBay for 27 years... unfortunately support leaves a bit to be desired with such problems... about exactly a year ago I had a similar problem, for several weeks no product images were displayed anymore, then suddenly it started working again... best regards from the Baltic Sea, Alex

Mentor2 months agoWell, at least that you have 100% positive reviews doesn’t surprise anyone here since you haven’t sold anything in ages. And buyers can only be rated positively.
I’d just try it with another device.

OP1 month agoMany thanks for the helpful tip, unfortunately only very few of my recent sales were rated by the buyers, it’s just extra work that hardly any users bother to do anymore...

Good morning @fanuc_de iPadOS is now at version 26.5, so it could be that it's due to the outdated operating system.
I think I read that the requirement to use it must be at least iOS 17.

OP1 month agoGood morning, my old operating system may be related to that, however it was still working up until a week ago, surprisingly I can buy items in the cart without any problems, even items added afterward from another device work as well...
