Button "Payment received"
Hello everyone.
Surely I can't be the only one who accidentally hits exactly this button because she was too far to the left. And now what? According to my mistake, the buyer has paid. But he hasn't. What do I do now? I also can't send him an invoice or anything like that.... Why can't that be undone anymore?

Mentor1 month agoYou can now only cancel the purchase and the buyer can buy again if they want to. You can't undo that, and the buyer can't pay that way.

OP1 month agoThanks. Of course, that’s not ideal. eBay should restore the button that used to be there. You could undo such errors with it... Or ask again, for example, "have you really received the payment".

Mentor1 month agoThe button is only still available for a very few articles that may be paid for by cash on collection.
For all other articles, the button is pointless.

Mentor1 month agoThe payment goes to ebay and when a customer has paid, you receive a message from ebay that the customer has paid and that you should ship.
