Cannot receive a refund
Hi,
We have placed an order which was canceled in
Decembler but until now we still have not received a refund.
Is there any chance for a refund?

Mentor2 months agoWow, why are you only getting in touch now? First we’d need to know what it’s about, but I don’t think eBay can still help after so long.

OP2 months agoNormally we get refunds extremely quickly, and no one checked that.
Now the accountant has become aware of the issue. I admit that we’re not entirely in the right either, but it’s an interesting case. We had a conversation in which the supplier told us that he had received the goods from his supplier, but they are damaged and we need to cancel the order. We confirmed the cancellation, and after that nothing else happened. But there is also tracking information in my eBay purchase history.
I’m totally confused.
