Cannot Update Credit Card Information
I cannot update my credit card information so that I can pay Ebay fees. I input the information just as it is listed on my credit card company's website, but I keep getting the following message:
Your payouts are being held because a charge for pending selling fees from the saved payment method was not successful. Please add one to receive payouts.
I have not had any issues in the past, but I have also not used Ebay to sell anything for a couple of years and my credit card has been renewed during that time. It works fine with all purchases not connected with Ebay. Any advice would be much appreciated.
