Hello everyone,Yesterday, an item was bought from me with shipping.However, after the purchase, the buyer wrote to me via eBay that he would like to pick up the item in person. The pickup took place, and the communication about it is fully documented on eBay.I then marked the order as “shipped” (without tracking number).The buyer is now saying that he does not see a “item received” function on his side.My questions:Do I as the seller still need to do anything?Or does it resolve automatically?Will I still receive my money even if the buyer cannot confirm anything?Thanks in advance for your help.Best regards
