In my opinion, this seller is behaving dishonestly and deliberately deceiving buyers.I bought the item on a Sunday. After about 10 minutes, I was informed that the sensor does not fit my vehicle. Therefore, I immediately politely asked the seller to cancel the order. However, the seller refused to cancel it and instead claimed that the shipment had already been sent.However, this raises a valid question: how could the package have been shipped on Sunday if the shipping service does not operate on that day at all? In fact, the shipment was not processed until Monday. To me, that means the seller deliberately made false statements in order to avoid the cancellation.In addition, I have repeatedly politely asked the seller to provide me with a return label. To this day, I have received no response. Moreover, the return process on eBay does not work properly for me—the page freezes, and I do not get a return label, any return data, or any information about the return.On top of that, the item arrived damaged and I want to return it anyway. However, the seller is no longer responding. That is why I now have serious doubts that I will get my money back.I find this behavior extremely disrespectful and unfair to buyers. I do not understand why sellers like this are still tolerated on eBay.Kind regards
