Detailed view of points account not working
Summary: rubbart reports a problem with the detailed view of the points account, where the points total is shown as zero and no past transactions are listed. Although the total amount appears correctly in the overview, this problem occurs in both the app and the PC version. Another user had reported the issue and it was marked as resolved, but the problem still persists for rubbart.
Hello, the detail view of the points account has not been working anymore since at least yesterday. In the detailed display, the ebay points balance is 0 for Redeemable and Pending, although pending points exist, and no transactions = additions and deductions are shown historically.
In the ebay points overview, the total is displayed correctly.
The problem was already described here by another user and marked as solved today (user norderstar)
However, it is still not working for me right now, neither in the app nor in the PC version.
