DHL business customer account (EKP 6394883883) cannot be linked with eBay | Members help members

Dear eBay Team, I have recently become a DHL business customer with the customer number (EKP) and have already been activated for the Post & DHL business customer portal. Unfortunately, I cannot link my DHL business customer account in my eBay seller account because the option “Link DHL business customer account” is not displayed to me in the shipping preferences. I have already tried it using different browsers (Edge, Chrome) as well as on my iPhone, but without success. Please check why linking is not possible in my account, and activate the function if necessary. Thank you very much for your support. Kind regards
