DHL - change tracking number afterward
Hello everyone,
With my shipment, because the weight exceeded the standard weight of 10kg automatically set by eBay, the shipping number was also changed at DHL.
According to HELP, you can supposedly adjust or correct this afterwards in the app as well.
But now I can't find this option anywhere - what am I doing wrong?

since I haven't set anything up, I don't know how it's currently displayed - if it doesn't work via the app, I'd say you change the number in the browser (or add the new one, if it generally can't be changed)

You can’t change the tracking number, only add the correct one additionally.
