DHL shipment tracking is not being updated in the eBay selling portal
Summary: thegreydiamond reported a problem updating the DHL tracking status for a package he sent to a customer, even though the tracking system already showed it as delivered. This caused a delay in the payout. meinehexe11 confirmed that this problem is known and asked for help from an eBay representative. vera@ebay and selina_b@ebay promised to look into the issue, with the item number provided. Finally, mia@ebay said that the problem had been fixed, the shipping information had been updated, and the payout is under verification.
Hi, I sent a package to the customer via DHL (with a label from Ebay) and according to DHL tracking, the package has already arrived (on 15/8). Unfortunately, the “Purchase details” page still says that I haven’t even dropped off the package yet.
Because of that, the payout is also still being withheld. Will this sort itself out eventually, or am I just being impatient, or is there some other problem here? I’ve already read in this forum that there seems to be a problem with the DHL interface. Is that still current?
I’d be grateful for any help.

we have received feedback from the specialist department that both the tracking number and the payout have been updated. Since my dear colleague Selina is coming in later today, I'm getting in touch with the good news for you.
I could see that your payment information is still in the verification phase. As soon as it is, the payout will be ready in your credit account.

The problem still seems to be current. If the shipment arrived with the buyer on 15/8, enough time should have passed by now for the update. That probably won't happen anymore.
@vera@ebay could you please take a look?
