Cancel DHL shipping because the item has been picked up
I sold a camera on eBay. It was intended to be shipped to the buyer. The buyer paid the amount incl. shipping costs on eBay. But it turned out that the buyer can pick up the camera. How can I cancel the shipping and enter pickup of the item. I can't find any function for this on eBay.

The two @petersmodellbahnstuebchen and @meinehexe11 are unfortunately right about that. There’s no way to change the shipping.
Unfortunately, you also don’t have seller protection if you don’t ship the item. In other words, if the buyer opens a case because it wasn’t received, there’s nothing you can do about it and, with a bit of bad luck, you won’t get any money either.
It’s better to ship the item after all.

There is no option to cancel the shipment. For pickup of the item, there is usually a pickup code that the buyer receives and then hands over to the seller. However, that only works if the item was listed with pickup.
eBay is going to get on your case because you’re supposed to ship the item. It’s quite possible that you’ll get a defect for late delivery. You’ll also have to wait for your money, since you didn’t ship the item.
No idea how this whole thing will turn out for you. Maybe @samantha@ebay can say something about it.

I don’t know of any function on Ebay that would let me cancel the stored shipping and manually confirm pickup.
That means you’ll probably have to wait a long time for your money and, if you’re unlucky, get a defect claim for shipping too late.
In general, the rule is: You should always stick to the terms set out in the listing.
