For a few months now, the app has no longer been accessing the gallery. New updates over and over don’t help. I use a motoe13 with Android 13. It’s the same on my husband’s Samsung A15 Android 16.Updates, reinstalling, clearing the cache don’t help.Often the app makes a jump when you go to "Create listing" and there you only see Photos and Albums for pictures (with only 2 folders).I have reported the problem several times, but nothing happens.There was that version with the purple shoe for a short time, it popped up briefly once this morning on the Samsung, but then not again.I urgently ask for help
