I filed a complaint about a seller who is scamming people by posting false descriptions and photos in their listing. The seller claims to be selling genuine glass screen protectors for the iPhone, but is actually shipping plastic screen protectors that aren’t even suitable for the iPhone display. See the photo of the item received below. The seller also has several negative reviews with similar feedback. I reported this seller to eBay, but received a response saying that the seller is not violating eBay policies! How can I report this seller to a real eBay employee so the listing gets removed? The seller has already sold more than 200 products, and I’m wondering why the listing is still online!
