Leaving a review as a buyer is not possible.
Summary: avrilmusik reports a problem when leaving a rating for a buyer. After the rating button is clicked, an error message appears saying that the transaction cannot be found. This error message occurs both with the automatic and the individual rating. avrilmusik asks for help in resolving the problem.
Dear team,
the following problem !
Rating button is present.
After clicking submit, the following error message appears.
We can’t find this transaction. To leave a rating, please check your transactions.
In the transactions, automatic submission is selected.
After that,
there is a problem saving your rating.
The same error message appears when selecting individual rating.
It would be great if someone could help me here so I can leave a rating.

MentorSep 9, 2026 at 10:40 AMHow long ago was the sale? Even if it has already been rated automatically, you should still be able to give your own rating within the deadline and, so to speak, override the automatic one.
Have you cleared the cache & deleted cookies? Tried a different browser?
