digital acceptance refused DHL
Does anyone know this problem ?
Neither the sender nor the recipient caused this. DHL says they made no mistakes.
The shipping label is paid for directly through eBay.

if you bought the label via eBay, the tracking number is stored directly in the order.

It’s possible your customer arranged a drop-off location with DHL, then the label is sometimes recognized as "used" right away.
