The corresponding branch is then automatically suggested to me by the system depending on distance. Hi @velkovmd2  Have you also stored a delivery address with this post office / Packstation including your postal number? Because according to DHL's shipping conditions, deliveries to Packstations and branches only work with the recipient's postal number now.
