Delivered twice - ordered once
I ordered an item from a commercial provider.
The goods arrived, but they were delivered twice and charged twice. How can I fight this?

Mentor2 weeks agoWhat does the seller say about that? Check whether you really had only entered 1 for the quantity, as Peter suggests.

take a look at your order to see what quantity is listed there.
Nothing is deducted automatically either; you pay during checkout.

OP1 week agoI ordered exactly one item (that's what my "purchase details" say).
Contact seller doesn't work - the corresponding field is dead.
Now I sent a return request the day before yesterday, but still haven't received a reply.
And yes, the charge went through, namely from my credit card, and yes, twice.

maybe you also created 2 orders and paid accordingly.
Take a look in your account under Payments - All transactions. There you can see for each debit what the charge was for, including the order number.
