Printer sent back, haven't received any money.

Printer bought. Sent back and no money received
I bought a printer from the company Retoure Aktion. Since it printed poorly, I sent it back. Apparently the wrong toner was included. But that’s not true, though I can’t prove it. The seller only wanted to refund me 75 euros. I رفضed that. I thought something else would still come from the seller. It can’t be that he gets to keep the printer and my money. I wasn’t allowed to make any statement on eBay at all, only him. How can I proceed from here.

Thank you very much for your post. For this purchase, you opened a return with a cancellation reason and the seller then rejected it. Since the return is now closed, we can no longer issue a refund for you. However, I’d be happy to contact the seller for you to clarify the matter.
