Dyson complaint
Summary: c.bunk33 reports that the refurbished Dyson V15 has a defective Motorbar cleaner head after only a short period of use, and that a floor nozzle was not delivered. c.bunk33 is having trouble getting a response from Dyson Germany and doesn’t know how to open a case on eBay. bootyooty tries to help by asking for order information and bringing in an eBay employee.
Hi, after brief use my refurbished Dyson V15 has a defective Motorbar Cleanerhead with the number 972182-01; it was also found when checking the delivery that the floor nozzle with dust detection was not included.
Unfortunately, Dyson Germany is not responding to my complaint, or they last replied 2 weeks ago.
Purchased 13.05.26 - Claimed 16.08.26
The item is even under warranty until 2027 - but it is outside eBay's return option.
I can't find any way to open a case on eBay to involve eBay.
