the case:- the item was described incorrectly in terms of content. Things were stated that in fact didn’t exist at all OR conditions are described that do not actually exist.- AFTER delivery, this false statement is noticed.- you confront the seller and explain to him that this would be fraud under criminal and civil law, and also offer him an "out-of-court settlement" (usually, of course, this is a return or partial refund) as well.- afterwards, the seller reports these emails from him as a threat against him.- since there are obviously support employees here who don’t think much (or the work may even already be taken over by AI), these notices from the buyer to the seller are classified as a threat.a) the corresponding review about the seller is deleted (so his review portal is manipulated)b) the buyer is even warned because he (IN THE AI'S opinion) committed a forbidden act.
