The shipping label sent to me by Ebay was used (see jpg) and the package was handed in at the DHL location in Höchstadt and scanned there as well. Then the tracking number stated in the shipping invoice could not be found. On the shipping label sent to me, it said "Package" and "Tracking No. 356822636668", so I had to assume that it would also be trackable. I was charged the amount for shipping as a package with tracking and it was deducted from the sale price. But the package did not arrive at the recipient and the number provided could not be tracked. As a result, the entire amount for the items delivered was deducted from my account again.I had assumed that, based on the shipping invoice and the shipping label with the information "Package and Tracking No.", I was not to blame for the number not being trackable, but rather E-Bay because of incorrect information. It is a larger amount and I was completely distraught when I received the message that the case had been decided against me.
