Emails are not being forwarded
Our listings are currently being posted via the ON OFFICE platform on eBay. Lately, we have noticed that customer inquiries are no longer being forwarded to our email address via eBay as usual. This change in the inquiry process raises the question of what is causing customer inquiries to no longer reach us. There is uncertainty about the cause of this forwarding failure.
