eBay is withholding the money even though the item has arrived
Hello first of all.I have 2 items where eBay is withholding the money.For one DHL package the shipment status has not changed, i.e. it has not yet been delivered.But the buyer left me feedback.The other was a letter that definitely arrived.That doesn’t work with "the item was delivered" anyway.A letter carrier doesn’t do that, how could they!Contacting eBay doesn’t work either.What do I do now to get the money?

what matters on Ebay is always the shipment and delivery status stored in the system.
If the shipment status hasn’t been updated yet on DHL’s side, you should follow up with DHL to find out why.
For letter mail, if anything, you only have proof of shipment if you used the limited tracking for labels from Ebay.
As long as there is no data in the Ebay system, payout can take up to 30 days (keyword buyer protection).
