eBay says there was a cancellation, but that's not true because the item was picked up
Hello,
A buyer picked up the item from me and paid. Now eBay has reported that the purchase would have been canceled by the buyer and threatened them with exclusion. What can I do as the seller?

Nothing at all! Except not violating the rules in future!
You have both violated the rules, because cash payment on collection is only still allowed for very few items such as vehicles, boats, real estate. All other items must be paid for through ebay. In this case ebay did not detect a payment and automatically canceled the purchase after the deadline. By the way, that is due to your own settings if unpaid purchases are automatically canceled.
