I can't use eBay credit.

I have Ebay credit. When I buy an item, I want to pay with my Ebay credit. When I click on my Ebay credit, the field stays gray and it does too at checkout. So I can’t pay. I click on Paypal, then I can pay. I called customer service yesterday and told them about it. They said it would be forwarded and that I would either get a message today or be called. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen. Is it just like this for me, or for you too? What can or should I do? What’s going wrong here? I’ll call customer service again tomorrow. If I’m not helped here, I’ll only sell for this year and then I’m out. What a disgrace with Ebay.
