eBay is still holding onto my money, what should I do :(?

Hello everyone,
After 10 years, I sold something on Ebay again. Back then, it used to be that the money went straight into my bank account. In the meantime, there’s now this ridiculous thing called Ebay balance. The buyer has already paid via PAYPAL and the money is there, but it’s not in my Ebay balance, it’s under "Withheld". I’m shipping the goods tomorrow. When does the money get into my Ebay balance? I’m worried I won’t get it anymore (it’s €400)

As long as you haven’t shipped the item, there’s no money either.
