Hello,we bought an item from a seller (location Germany/seller itself Hong Kong) (09.10.2025). The delivery had been delayed, and according to the tracking it was stuck somewhere in transit. Then we informed the seller via eBay (15.10.2025). He clarified this right away. In the meantime, eBay - without any action on our part - initiated a refund, which has now been credited to our account. But on the same day (20.10.2025) the package also arrived at our place. We informed the seller about the refund and the delivery. Now the seller wants our PayPal email so he can send us a new payment request. Is this the correct way to do it? Unfortunately, I can’t get any further through customer service.Thanks in advance!
