Hello! I need help with an eBay International Shipping order to Japan.
In the order details, it says that this is an eBay International Shipping order. However, when I try to create the shipping label, it says “No services available.”
I also cannot see the German eBay shipping centre address or the eBay Virtual Tracking Number (eVTN) that I am supposed to use for the shipment.
The buyer paid €50 for shipping through eBay, so I need to be able to ship the order using the correct eBay International Shipping process.
The item weighs 3.05 kg without the shipping box, so the final packed weight will be slightly higher.
My dispatch deadline is September 4, 2026, and I am worried that I will miss the deadline because I currently cannot create the shipping label.
How can I get the correct eBay shipping centre address and eVTN, and how can I create the shipping label for this order?
I would really appreciate any advice. Thank you! 😭

yes, in my order details it explicitly says that it is an eBay International Shipping order. However, I have not received any further information or instructions about it. I am shown neither the address of the German shipping center nor the eVTN. When I want to create the shipping label, it only says “No services available”.
So right now I don't know how I'm supposed to ship the order on time. My shipping deadline is September 4.

my question wasn’t about whether you already see this “new” shipping option, but whether you’ve already been approved by email to take part in this program from eBay.
Have a look here to see how it works. However, I still haven’t been informed what costs apply for this shipping option.
From September 2026 to early 2027, eligible sellers will be gradually enabled for eBay International Shipping. As soon as your eBay account is activated, you will receive an email confirmation from us with all the details. Until then, you don’t need to do anything – just keep selling and shipping your items as usual.

in your current listings there is nothing about the option "Ebay International Shipping" but only the following:
You should now look for a shipping provider with whom you can ship the package quickly at that price including all extra costs.
For the processing and all necessary details, such as customs declaration, assuming the import fees, etc., you are responsible yourself.
As @perfect-sally already wrote, you are very brave.

Maybe an eBay employee can tell you more about this; she’ll get back to you here.

And one more thing: you seem very brave to ship items at such prices all over the world. You do know that you can very quickly lose both money and goods as soon as the buyer complains about even the slightest thing. Then the rules of the eBay platform where the buyer is registered apply.
