eBay can't be reached via mobile phone - supposedly technical problem

Question

The app has not been accessible on the phone for days. Supposedly a technical problem. I can open other apps on the phone via the internet, just not eBay. What could be causing that?

@simona03585  on so many different things... have you tried completely uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it?Which version is your app? Android or IOS?
