eBay account restricted
Hello everyone, my account is restricted, supposedly because I allegedly sold various things and didn’t ship them. But so far I’ve only sold something once last week and I also shipped the package. And the proceeds are only as a credit because it’s restricted and I can’t transfer it to my account. In eBay it’s also visible that I only sold one item. Has anyone else had this problem before? lg

the notifications are sometimes kept general because of the translations, and it's possible that Ebay only means this one order.
Is the order status already marked as delivered?
You haven't received any ratings as a seller yet. In that case, it's normal that, for buyer protection reasons, you have to wait 30 days for your money first.

Mentor1 month agoDid you at least ship it with tracking and thus also have proof of delivery if the shipment arrives at the buyer's place?

OP1 month agoYes, I included the tracking number; it says when I click on it, ready for pickup, because the buyer entered a P.O. box as the address on eBay

OP1 month agoI did mean a mailbox, but probably that's the Packstation. I just called eBay. I hope then everything is sorted out
