Hello everyone,my eBay account has been restricted or partially suspended, and unfortunately I don't know exactly why.Several issues are currently being shown in my seller area:For my active listings, many items say:“This listing violates a policy. It will be shown again only after you have fixed the problem.”Apparently 28 listings are affected.In addition, under “Resolve problems,” it says that I should complete tracking information. But when I click on it, it says that there are 0 orders without tracking and several orders already have a tracking number. It also says there:“Thank you. No new restrictions apply because of this issue.”There is also probably a connection with order 358654715995-1008160371501.I canceled this purchase because the buyer did not pay and the item was then sold elsewhere. However, the defect report says that the transaction was canceled because the item was no longer in stock. I may have selected the wrong cancellation reason.I did not intentionally violate any eBay policies and at the moment I don't understand whether the restriction is due to the canceled order, the tracking information, or allegedly prohibited listings.Can someone tell me how I can find out which specific policy was violated and what I need to do so that my account or the listings are unlocked again?Thank you
