Hello everyone,my eBay account was restricted and I have completed everything that was requested:Uploaded ID, confirmed identity, provided tracking numbers, and clarified open issues. Still, for over 10 days now it only says “account is being verified,” with no movement at all.Customer service is extremely contradictory: one person says everything is done, the next says to wait, and sometimes I’m supposed to email my ID again even though it was already uploaded long ago. That not only seems uncoordinated, but also questionable when it comes to sensitive data. In addition, I find the communication partly disrespectful and not helpful at all. You’re just shuffled back and forth between different statements, and sometimes they just hang up.At the moment, over €2,000 is being withheld, with no clear information or timeframe.Has anyone had similar experiences or knows how long this usually takes? I’m seriously considering how to proceed if nothing moves, and whether to contact a lawyer?
