eBay deletes my listing shortly before the auction ends

Hello everyone, I have the problem that eBay has been deleting my listings from the beauty category (perfume samples) for about 1/2 year now, in some cases shortly before the auction ends (currently 12 hours before the end, 4 bids, 33 watchers). I then get an email saying that the listing would violate eBay’s policies. I always comply with all rules, upload my own pictures, and refer to trademark rights, even though I don’t mention any brand names anywhere and only refer to my pictures regarding the content of the listing. I have 100% positive feedback and have never had any problems. I’m slowly getting the impression that the deletion is happening fully automatically without any review. There are tens of thousands of listings on eBay similar to mine. Is this arbitrariness by the system, that I’m being harassed?? Can someone tell me how I should proceed? Calls or follow-ups to eBay bring no results. Thanks everyone

OP2 weeks agoI'm not going to list anything on ebay anymore in the future. The effort just isn't worth it. So far I've only collected these little samples from package inserts and then offered them with pictures. A lot of sellers do that, after all. But apparently that's become a problem in the meantime too. Thanks for the message!

Mentor2 weeks agoAre you aware of the rules for this, and are you following them? I suspect that if things are going the way you describe, your listings were reported.
