eBay Live voucher never received despite meeting the requirements – support barely responds | Members help members

Hello everyone,I just wanted to ask whether anyone here has had similar experiences with the eBay Live voucher promotions.I took part in the eBay Live promotion and fulfilled all the participation requirements.In addition, I explicitly received an invitation email for the promotion with the following content:“Only for invited users: Shop by 1.5.2026 for at least €10 at an eBay Live event and get a €25 voucher for your next eBay purchases from €50 (redeemable 2x).”The purchase was already made on 29.04., but to this day no voucher has been provided.Unfortunately, support either responds with inappropriate standard replies (instructions on how to redeem vouchers, etc.) or eventually stops responding at all. In the meantime, I was even told that the voucher would appear “from day 14” – so far nothing has happened. Has anyone had similar experiences or eventually received the voucher after all?
