Hello everyone, I’d like to describe an incident with eBay customer service and ask for advice. Recently, I contacted support about a review. It was about a buyer complaining that a pen was missing from an item. However, this was not listed in the title, the item description, or the photos. In my view, the review is therefore not justified. During my calls, I was connected to the same employee three times. Unfortunately, the communication was very unprofessional: The employee became loud and disrespectful The call was hung up on me three times A proper clarification was therefore not possible I would therefore like to file an official complaint about this behavior, but I can’t find a direct “complaint about customer service employees” section in the help center. My questions for the community: Who is the best person to contact with a complaint like this? Is there a way for a supervisor or another department to review the incident? How can I make sure my complaint actually reaches the right people internally? Thanks a lot for your help and experiences!
