It’s hard to understand that items are being removed and, for example, are supposed to be listed in other categories that aren’t right for them. We jewelers are supposed to, for example, list a ring made of solid gold (karat weight stated as 21.6) and set with zirconia in the costume jewelry category instead of fine jewelry. That is not right and it is fine jewelry, not costume jewelry. Whoever decides something like that and, because of several things like this, simply reduces our shop probably doesn’t know the difference. That’s just one example.You also can’t get direct help when it comes to customer service because there are no competent people and they are also very hard to understand. There are many grievances to complain about. Has anyone in the community had similar experiences ?
