The EBAY Packstation address I’ve been using for years is suddenly no longer accepted by DHL | Members help members

I have been using a Packstation address at EBAY as the delivery address(*) for years, which DHL suddenly no longer accepts now. That’s why the shipment was returned.This address (*) did NOT include my name, only my mailbox number, the Packstation number, and the city/ZIP code of the Packstation. I can trace the history of deliveries at EBAY, where orders with such specified delivery addresses were also delivered. 2 possibilities- DHL just no longer accepts it like that now.- maybe EBAY previously passed along my name from my general address data and no longer does that now. The seller now suddenly wants 10 euros shipping costs for a resend. From my point of view, that is not acceptable for me.
