I'm reaching out to the eBay community today looking for help because unfortunately I'm not getting anywhere with normal support.

My problem: I've been an eBay Plus member since July (the trial phase is over). Since then, my maximum points limit has unfortunately been capped at 2,000 points. That means I can collect points as usual, but as soon as I reach 2,000 points, newly collected points expire and I can only start earning new points again once I've spent some. In total, I've been able to collect 5,739 points this way, but it's a shame that I can't use the account I'm paying for normally.

What can I do to unlock the regular annual limit (10,000 points)?
