Ebay Plus return didn’t arrive and came back to me
Hello.
my eBay Plus return got sent back again because the seller had entered the wrong address on eBay.
How do I get a new return label as an eBay Plus member?
The old one is used up already.

OP2 weeks agoThat’s the problem. I had already asked him about it. He refuses and refers me to eBay. He says eBay would provide me with a new return label.
I’m stuck in the middle now. The item is still with me.

Mentor2 weeks agoeBay+ has done its part toward you and the seller and issued a free label. If the seller doesn’t provide their address correctly, that is neither your fault nor eBay+’s fault. It’s the seller’s turn. Don’t let yourself be pressured or talked into anything and wait until the seller shows insight.

if the seller really did have a wrong return address on file. I think that person should pay for the new label and not eBay through the Plus program. Because then all sellers end up paying for one person's mistake.
