eBay criticizes an impermissible "contact initiation" when replying to a customer inquiry
An Ebay participant asks me about a coin.
I tell him that I do not own such a coin!
In the attachment to my reply, eBay rebukes me because of alleged contact initiation!
Why doesn’t eBay filter out this inquiry, if eBay is of the opinion,
that my reply contains an impermissible contact initiation!

Mentor3 weeks agoI had a similar experience today, and the awesome AI kept me from sending the customer his proper invoice by message for a while.
The malfunctions at eBay are increasing drastically!
