Ebay+ Rabat?
Summary: luckydog34-7 had trouble applying a €5 discount for eBay+ members when using PayPal. perfect-sally suggested checking payment method restrictions and confirmed the issue with luckydog34-7. perfect-sally also requested the article number to investigate further. After providing the number, luckydog34-7 eventually found information about entering a discount code by scrolling to the bottom during checkout, which resolved the issue by reducing the price. selina_b@ebay confirmed that the discount was applied correctly after a code was used, with thanks to perfect-sally for assisting.
For an item, Ebay+ members get a 5€ discount
When paying via Paypal, only the original price is shown, no sign of the 5€ discount

Hello @luckydog34-7 ,
Thank you very much for your post.
Please take a look at Purchase details. There you can see that the item costs €33.90, the €5 voucher was deducted, which is why you only paid €28.90.
@perfect-sally Thank you very much for tagging 🤗
Kind regards
Selina

Mentor1 month agoOk, thanks. The item no. is now known and we’d best have an eBay staff member take a look. She’ll reply here and can probably say a bit more about it.
Hi @selina_b@ebay could you please take a look? Many thanks

Mentor1 month ago · EditedPlease just give the article number, guessing in the dark won’t get us anywhere.
Actually, you should be able to find more info under "price details".

Mentor1 month ago · EditedThanks. Unfortunately, that doesn't help, since the discount isn't being shown to me and there's nothing anywhere about price details either.
I only see that with eBay Plus you could collect 34 points.
Do you not see any further info in the price details?

OP1 month agoThere’s a code for Ebay+ here now where can you enter it
luckydog34-7
OP1 month agoWhen checking out for the offer, scroll all the way down, then a voucher code field appears, enter the code, and the price will be reduced in the calculation.
Thanks
luckydog34-7
OP1 month agoAn important detail: after entering the item number multiple times in the eBay search field, the eBay+ code only became visible
luckydog34-7
OP1 month agothere is no voucher

Mentor1 month agoFine, then a discount it is. That’s usually tied to conditions too.

Mentor1 month agoYou also need to read up on which payment methods this applies to. Vouchers always have conditions and usually some kind of restrictions too.
