eBay removed twice my listing claiming my vintage Omega is counterfeit, but it is 100% genuine

I'm looking for some advice because eBay Germany (eBay.de) removed my listing for a vintage Omega 196.0073, claiming that it was counterfeit.
The problem is that the watch is 100% original. I even included photos of the movement with the case back removed, showing the original Omega caliber and the movement serial number (39,990,xxx), which dates the movement to around 1979, matching the reference. As far as I know, this model is not even counterfeited!!
After my appeal was rejected with what appeared to be an automated response, I called eBay Germany customer support. They asked me to provide the original purchase invoice for the watch.
The watch is a vintage Omega from around the 70s, so, like the vast majority of vintage watches, I obviously do not have the original invoice from over 50 years ago. I explained this to the representative, who agreed to have my case reviewed manually. That was four days ago, and I have not received any update.
Today, I listed the watch again. A buyer made me an offer, I accepted it, and a couple of hours later the listing was removed again for being "counterfeit."
Now I'm confused about what happens to the sale. Is the transaction still valid, or has eBay automatically cancelled it?
Has anyone experienced something similar with genuine vintage watches? It feels like the system is automatically flagging my listing without any real review, despite the listing including photos of the original movement and the Omega serial number.
As extra information, my ebay account is just 1month old and just 4 sells done with 100% positive votes
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

before you get into real trouble here on Ebay, you should also change your currently active listing.
Here, despite the listing description, the images give the impression that the watch is part of the offer.

OP3 weeks agoUltimately, the buyer was also unable to complete the payment, so the item ended up being sold on another platform outside of eBay. This is the second time this has happened to me, and in both cases eBay's customer support was of no help
