eBay status is not updating. Package supposedly still out for delivery

I sold something and shipped it with DHL. The parcel was taken to a branch and also picked up by the buyer. But the status isn’t updating in the app, and so my money is not being released. Apparently I’m not the first one with this problem either.
I’ve already called eBay 4 times, but they speak German so fantastically that communication isn’t possible, as the problem isn’t being recognized and I was put off each time. That’s why I’m trying this last route now, in the hope that someone can help me.

However, since you only have 1 current rating as a seller and sold an expensive item, the payout can also take a bit longer.
